EClub Southern Tier is a New York State Golf Association "Type 3" or Internet club designed to provide golfers living within a 50 mile radius of Ithaca, NY with the benefits of a NYSGA/GHIN licensed golf club.  The outermost parts of this radius are: Norwich, Lyons, Bath and Syracuse.  Binghamton, Elmira, Cortland and Corning ARE also located within this eClub.

Are you one of the thousands of golfers in New York State that wants an official USGA Handicap Index but is not a member of a golf "club"?

If so, eClub Soutern Tier is for you. 

With a membership fee of $35, you will recieve an official USGA Handicap Index as well as a membership into the New York State Golf Association.  You will be enter all your golf scores online, as well as numerous statistics from each round so you can "track" your game.  Best of all, your handicap is part of the GHIN network, meaning that your handicap will be accepted no matter where you travel to play golf.
